Online shop returns or exchange
In the case of a reaction
Please note that all online purchases are final sale unless the customer has had a sever reaction to a product then we are happy to provide a full refund the product sale less the shipping cost. Please be aware that returns shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy for you to drop off the product in store when possible. In this case photos are required to be sent to email@example.com and description of reaction to be provided in writing. In the case of a reaction a qualified skin therapist will contact you for further assistance.
Change of mind
Please be aware that we do not return or exchange in the case that you change your mind.
Gift with purchase
If gift with purchase is applicable then any accepted returns will need to include the gift with purchase item unopened.
All orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Standard Australia post shipping Australia wide. We currently do not ship overseas. Expect to receive orders in 2-3 business days for metro areas. Please allow up to 7 days for country areas, Perth, Tasmania, Northern Territory
